2024 (9) TMI 1713 - HC - GSTSeeking to quash the Non bailable warrants - HELD THAT - A bare perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioners have directly approached this court without exhausting remedy before the court below for conversion of arrest warrant issued against them into bailable warrant. Petition disposed off.
The Rajasthan High Court, presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Singh Dhaddha, addressed a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioners seeking to "quash the Non bailable warrants" against them and requesting the court to "direct the Ld. Court concerned to accept Bonds from the petitioners as per law." The court noted that the petitioners had approached the High Court without first seeking remedy from the lower court to convert the arrest warrants into bailable warrants. Consequently, the court disposed of the petition, granting the petitioners the liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy before the lower court. Any pending applications were also disposed of accordingly.
