2002 (1) TMI 87 - HC - Central Excise

The High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi criticized Respondent No. 4 for making unwarranted remarks about the jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court in a writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution. Respondent No. 4 was warned to be careful in the future. The writ application was disposed of without any order on costs.
