1987 (3) TMI 309 - AT - Customs

The Tribunal allowed the appeal of M/s Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd., directing the assessment of Spare Rotor for vacuum pump under heading 84.11(1) instead of 84.63. The impeller and shaft were considered integral parts of the vacuum pump. The Appellate Collector's decision was set aside.
