1987 (9) TMI 282 - AT - Income Tax

The dispute involved additional duty of customs on drug intermediate imported before 30-6-1983 and cleared after. The goods were exempt from additional duty at importation but not at clearance, so duty was correctly levied. The appeal was dismissed based on previous Tribunal decisions.
