Levy of GST on reverse charge mechanism on transfer of the lease hold rights for the GIDC Estate - HELD THAT - Issue Notice returnable on 3rd July 2024.

The High Court of Gujarat heard a case regarding GST on reverse charge mechanism for transfer of leasehold rights for GIDC Estate. The issue is pending for consideration. Notice issued for July 3, 2024. No coercive action allowed during the case. Direct service through email permitted.
