**Summary of Judgment: Orissa High Court**In the matter before the Orissa High Court, presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arindam Sinha, Acting Chief Justice, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.S. Sahoo, the petitioner sought to withdraw their writ petition. The petitioner, represented by Mr. R.P. Kar, Senior Advocate, and Mr. Asit Kumar Dash, Advocate, filed a memorandum indicating "subsequent developments" and requested permission to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition containing "better particulars."The court noted that the writ petition had not yet been moved. Consequently, the petitioner's request was granted. The writ petition was dismissed, allowing the petitioner the liberty to refile with enhanced details. The respondent was represented by Mr. A.
