2025 (4) TMI 22 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court, presided over by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice B. V. Nagarathna and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, addressed an appeal with a "gross delay of 278 days" in filing. The Court found that the "reasons assigned for seeking condonation of delay are neither satisfactory nor sufficient in law." Consequently, the application for condonation of delay was dismissed, leading to the dismissal of the Civil Appeal. The Court noted that any "question of law, if any, is kept open." All pending applications related to the case were also disposed of.
