1996 (3) TMI 202 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the ROM application to correct a typographical error in the judgment. The correction related to the classification of a product under Chapter sub-heading 3003.10 of the Central Excise Tariff as amended on 1-7-1990, instead of 3303.10. The correction was accepted, and the ROM application was allowed.
