1997 (4) TMI 138 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the appeal, granting the benefit of Notification No. 155/86-Cus. to the importer for imported components for generator parts. The Tribunal remanded the matter for re-examination by the original authorities to ensure all conditions of the Notification are satisfied before granting the benefit.
