The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the application for restoration of the appeal as the appellants did not receive the notice of hearing or the order of dismissal due to a change in their factory address to Gandhinagar. The appeal was restored to its original number and fixed for hearing on 6-7-1998 without any notice.
