1998 (7) TMI 165 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the appeal regarding the change in classification of alumina products, stating that the change can only be made prospectively from the date of receipt of the show cause notice on 19-2-1987. The appeal was disposed of accordingly.
