1998 (5) TMI 129 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the restoration of 14 appeals filed by M/s Gravity Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and 13 others. The appeals were dismissed due to a communication gap regarding address changes. The applicants had deposited the required duty amount and the Tribunal directed the restoration of appeals for regular hearing on 31-7-1998.
