1999 (10) TMI 236 - AT - Central Excise

The Revenue appealed against the order granting benefit of Notification No. 201/87 to cylinder screens. The appeal was rejected as nickel rotary printing cylinders were found eligible for the exemption under the notification. The clarification by CBEC supported this decision.
