The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi ruled that the appellants were not required to execute a B-13 Bond as directed by the Supdt. despite the classification list being approved by the Assistant Collector. The Tribunal found no justification for the Supdt. to issue such a direction and allowed the appeal filed by the appellants.
