2000 (5) TMI 323 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the application for recalling the Final Order, dated 8-10-1999, restoring the appeal to its original number. The factory was closed, and the notice for hearing was received late due to which the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Adjourned for arguments to 26-7-2000.
