Issues:

Ltd. was based on allegations of abetting ONGC in wrongful importation. Given the exoneration of ONGC from penalties, the Tribunal questioned the justification for confiscation of Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd.'s vessels. Consequently, the Tribunal waived the redemption fine in lieu of confiscation.
