2000 (9) TMI 505 - AT - Customs

The appeal involved classification of imported goods as furniture fittings. The Commissioner (Appeals) allowed the appeal, stating that the goods could be used for doors and windows. The Tribunal found no reason to interfere with this decision and rejected the Revenue's appeal.
