1999 (9) TMI 550 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Chennai granted waiver of pre-deposit of Rs. 1,85,373/- out of total penalty of Rs. 3,75,373/- in a case related to benefit of Notification No. 8/97 for 100% EOUs. The matter was remanded to the original authority for re-adjudication considering Board's Circular No. 442/8/99-CX.
