2000 (7) TMI 730 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the waiver of pre-deposit for Modvat credit disallowed by the Assistant Commissioner. The Tribunal found a strong prima facie case in favor of the applicants due to discrepancies in grounds for disallowance and violation of natural justice. The appeal was scheduled for regular hearing on 3-11-2000.
