28. Repeal . The conditions of service of the member of the Appellate Tribunal determined vide the Finance Department, Government NCT of Delhi's Notification No. F.4 (31)/2000/Fin. (E-I) 321 Kha dated 11 th July 2000 as amended by notification no F.101 (100)/2002/Fin.(A/Cs)/363-73 dated 30.04.2002 as extended vide notification no F.101(341)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)(ii)/1592 dated 27.06.2005 shall cease to have effect on the date of the issue of this notification.
