Certificate of registration 132. [1] The Registrar shall give a certificate under his hand of the registration of any charge registered in pursuance of this Part, stating the amounts thereby secured; and the certificate shall be conclusive evidence that the requirements of this Part as to registration have been complied with. ------------------------------------- Notes:- [1] See rule 6 and e-Form 8 and 10. The Registrar shall affix stamp on the relative forms and accompanying instruments in the format prescribed under his signature with date and a copy thereof be delivered to the company and the chargeholder.
