If during the progress of a winding up in a District Court, it appears to the High Court that the same could be more conveniently proceeded with in the High Court or in any other District Court, the High Court may, as the case may require, ____ (a) withdraw the case and proceed with the winding up itself; or (b) transfer the case to such other District Court, whereupon the winding up shall proceed in that District Court. -------------------------------- Notes:- [1] Omitted by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, w.e.f. a date yet to be notified.
