Fees for registration of documents under Part. 601. There shall be paid to the Registrar for registering any document required by the foregoing provisions of this Part to be registered by him, such fees as may be prescribed. [1] -------------------------------------------- Notes:- [1] Fees prescribed is Rs. 5,000 as per rule 20, Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, w.e.f. 7-5-2002. [The Department in consultation with the Department of Legal Affairs has decided to condone the delay in filing statutory documents by imposing cost on a standardised basis. The foreign companies may, henceforth, while filing the documents belatedly pay the cost as prescribed hereinunder. the Registrar of Companies (NCT of Delhi and Haryana) may accept such "cost" along with the filing fee as per Table below and permit the filing of the document by foreign company. The Table of fee/cost will be effective from May 15, 2002. Period of delay Rates of additional fee ____ (i) Upto one month One time normal filing fee; (ii) More than one month and up to three months Two times the normal filing fee; (iii) More than three months and up to six months Four times the normal filing fee; (iv) More than six months and up to one year Six times the normal filing fee; (v) More than one year and up to two years Eight times the normal filing fee; (vi) More than two years Nine times the normal filing fee. The RoC, Delhi, is requested to take necessary action accordingly to ensure that revised rates of fee payable and additional fees are collected from foreign companies with effect from 15-5-2002.]
