Publication of notice in newspapers before making application. 04. Before making an application under rule 2, the company shall publish a general notice to the members of the public at least once in an English daily newspaper and at least once in a newspaper published in the language of the region having wide circulation in the region in which the registered office of the company is situate, in the manner specified in Form 2 appended to these rules.
