Companies (Compliance Certificate) Rules, 2001 [1] Notification No. GSR 52(E), dated 31-1-2001 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 642 read with proviso to sub-section (1) of section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 01. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Compliance Certificate) Rules, 2001.
