Rule 4BB - Section 5 - Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956

Section 5. [1] [04BB. (1) The company shall, within thirty days of exercising its powers pursuant to the provisions of clause (f) or clause (g) of section 5 of the Act, file with the Registrar a return in Form 1AA duly signed by the Secretary or, where there is no Secretary, by a director. (2) Every return relating to exercise of power under clause (f) shall be accompanied by the consent given to the board of directors by the person concerned in Form 1AB. (3) Where the consent given pursuant to the proviso to clause (f) of section 5 has been revoked or withdrawn, the company shall within thirty days of such revocation or withdrawal file with the Registrar a return in Form 1AC.] -------------------------------------------- Notes:- [1] Inserted by GSR 782(E), dated 13-7-1988, w.e.f. 15-7-1988.
