Rule 7A - Section 219. - Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956

Section 219. [1] [7A. (1) The statement containing the salient features of the documents referred to in sub-section (1) of section 219 shall be in Form 23AB. (2) The statement referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be approved by the board of directors and signed on behalf of the board in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 215.
