Rule 21 - Power of Central Government to relax rules 16, 17 and 19. - Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956Extract Power of Central Government to relax rules 16, 17 and 19. 21. Where the Central Government is satisfied that, it is not practicable to certify a copy of translation as provided in rule 16, 17 or 19 as the case may be, the Central Government may after recording its reasons in writing, permit the copy of translation to be treated as a certified copy, if such conditions, if any, as may be imposed by the Central Government in that behalf, are (duly) fulfilled.
