Rule 295 - Applications for stay of proceeding in the winding up - Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010Extract Applications for stay of proceeding in the winding up 295. (1) An application shall be made by a summons, and notice of the application shall be given to the LLP liquidator where he is not the applicant, to the respondents, if any, named in the application, and to such other persons and in such manner as the Tribunal may direct. (2) Where an order is made staying the proceeding in the winding-up, the order shall direct that the applicant at whose instance the order for stay was made shall, within seven days of the making of the order, file a certified copy thereof with the Registrar in Form No. 11. Explanation. In computing the period of thirty days from the date of the order, the requisite time for obtaining a certified copy of the order shall be excluded.
