Chairman of meeting. 204. Where a meeting is summoned by the liquidator, the li quidator, or some person nominated by him, shall be the Chairman of the meeting. The nomination shall be in Form No. 94. At every other meeting of creditors or contributories, not being Court meetings of creditors and contributories, the Chairman shall be such person as the meeting by resolution shall appoint. This Rule shall not apply to meetings under section 500.
