Part IV Costs and Taxation of costs Taxation of costs in Bombay, Calcutta and Madras. 339. Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, costs of all proceedings under the Act or these rules in the High Courts of Bombay, Calcutta and Madras shall be taxed in accordance with the rules and the scale of fees in force in the said High Courts respectively and in accordance with the practice and procedure in the said respective Courts.
