Rule 353 - Court's power to fix a fee. - Company Court Rules, 1959Extract Court's power to fix a fee. 353. (1) Nothing in these rules shall be deemed to prevent the Court from fixing a fee for any matter not provided for in these rules, or from fixing a higher or a lesser fee than the fees prescribed in Appendix III, if in any particular case the Court considers it necessary to do so in the interests of justice. (2) In any case where the contest has not been of a substantial nature, the Court may direct that the costs shall be on the uncontested scale.
