Take notice that the amount due from you, X,Y., in respect of the call made pursuant to the leave given by the order of the Court dated ............ 19 ............, a copy of which is attached hereto, is the sum of Rs. ............ and that you should, on or before the ............ day of 19 ....... pay the said sum to the Official Liquidator at his office or into the public account of India in the Reserve Bank of India to the credit of the Liquidation Account of the said company. If you wish to make the payment into the Reserve Bank of India, you must produce this notice and the copy of the order hereto attached at the bank to enable the Bank to receive payment, and after making the payment you should give forthwith notice thereof to the Official Liquidator enclosing with such notice the voucher obtained from the Bank in respect of the payment, in default whereof proceedings will be taken against you to enforce the order.
