Official Liquidator Applicant Affidavit in support of application for payment of call I, A.B., Official Liquidator of the above-named company, solemnly affirm and say as follows: 1. The Contributories of the said company whose names are set forth in the Schedule to the summons herein marked 'A', have not paid the sums set opposite their respective names in the said Schedule, which sums are the amounts now due from them respectively under the call of Rs. ............ per share duly made under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to the order of this court dated ............ 19 ......., granting leave to make a call. 2. The copy of the said order dated ............ 19 ......., and a notice in the prescribed from specifying the amount due from each of the said contributories were duly served by registered post (or as the case may be) on such contributories respectively. 3. The respective amounts set opposite the names of such contributories respectively in the sixth column of the said Schedule are the true amounts now due and owing by them respectively in respect of the said call.
