Companies (Declaration of Beneficial Interest in Shares) Rules, 1975 (Arrangement of Rules Forms) Companies (Declaration of Beneficial Interest in Shares) Rules, 1975 [1] [Notification No GSR 53(E) dated 20 -2-1975] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 187C, read with clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 642, of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 01. Short title and commencement. (1) These Rules may be called the Companies (Declaration of Beneficial Interest in Shares) Rules, 1975.
