Companies (Issue of Shares Certificates) Rules, 1960 Companies (Issue of Share Certificates) Rules, 1960 [GSR No. 333 dated 15-3-1960] In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), and in supersession of the Companies (Issue of Share Certificates) Rules, 1959, published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Company Law Administration) No. GSR 798, dated the 30th June, 1959, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 01. Short title. These rules may be called the Companies (Issue of Share Certificates) Rules, 1960.
