Article 11 - Sharing of Tax Policy - SAARC Members

ARTICLE 11 SHARING OF TAX POLICY 1. Each Member State shall endeavour to bring out a yearly report on changes made in its tax laws. This may also cover introduction of new systems or techniques for circulation among the Member States. 2. A Member State may, on request, make available its pool of talented experts to other Member States for the purposes of drafting and organising legislation, tax procedures, operational management, on-the-job training programmes, information system and technology etc.
