Annual accounts and balance‑sheet. 109. At every annual general meeting of a multi‑State co‑operative society, the board shall lay before the multi‑State co‑operative society ( a ) a balance‑sheet as at the end of every 1 [ financial year ] ; and ( b ) a profit and loss account for that year. **************** NOTES:- 1.
