Rule 1 - Short Title and Commencement - Cost Accounting Records (Electricity Industry) Rules, 2011

1 [G.S.R. 871 (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 642 , read with clause (d) of sub section (1) of section 209 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), and in supersession of the Cost Accounting Records (Electricity Industry) Rules, 2001 vide G.S.R. 913(E), dated the 21st December, 2001, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 1. Short Title and Commencement, (1) These rules may be called the Cost Accounting Records (Electricity Industry) Rules, 2011.
