Display of CSR activities on its website . - The Board of Directors of the Company shall mandatorily disclose the composition of the CSR Committee, and CSR Policy and Projects approved by the Board on their website, if any, for public access. ] ************* NOTES:- 1. Substituted vide NOTIFICATION NO. G.S.R. 40(E) dated 22-01-2021 before it was read as 9. Display of CSR activities on its website. - The Board of Directors of the company shall, after taking into account the recommendations of CSR Committee, approve the CSR Policy for the company and disclose contents of such policy in its report and the same shall be displayed on the company's website, if any, as per the particulars specified in the Annexure.
