Criteria for recognition of Agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non- Preferential): a. Applicant Chamber of Commerce, Industry Associations etc. must be registered as a Company, a Society or a Trust under the relevant Act of the Government and should not have been set up for profit.
