Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Authority for Advance Rulings (Procedure for Appointment as Chairman and Vice-Chairman) Rules, 2016

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21 st January, 2016 G.S.R. 100(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 245-O, read with sub-section (1) and clause (p) of sub-section 2 of Section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Board hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Authority for Advance Rulings (Procedure for Appointment as Chairman and Vice-Chairman) Rules, 2016 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
