Amendment of section 69 130. In the Customs Act, in section 69, (i) in the marginal heading, for the word exportation , the word export shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (1), (A) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: (b) the export duty, fine and penalties payable in respect of such goods have been paid; and ; (B) in clause (c), for the word exportation , the word export shall be substituted.
