33. Transitional provision.- Any notification, circular, instruction, standing order, trade notice or other order issued under the Central Excise (No. 2) Rules, 2001 by the Board, the 1 [Principal Chief Commissioner or Chief Commissioner, as the case may be] or the 1 [Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, as the case may be] of Central Excise, and in force as on the 28th day of February, 2002, shall, to the extent it is relevant and consistent with these rules, be deemed to be valid and issued under the corresponding provisions of these rules. ---------------- Notes:- 1.
