272. Employment of additional or special staff where official Liquidator acts as Liquidator. (1) Where the Liquidator is of opinion that the employment of any special or additional staff is necessary in any liquidation, he shall apply to the Tribunal for sanction, and the Tribunal may sanction such staff as it thinks fit on such salaries and allowances as to the Tribunal may seem appropriate. (2) The special or additional staff shall be from ex- servicemen and in case of their non-availability , persons retired from Central Government, State Government, autonomous bodies of Central or State Governments and public sector undertakings and they shall be on contractual basis till dissolution of a particular LLP or for five years whichever is earlier. In case his services are availed for more than one LLP, contract shall terminate as aforesaid and fresh contract may be entered into for another LLP.
