Rule 1 - Short title and commencement. - Indirect Tax Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules, 2016

Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue Notification No 29/2016-CE(NT) New Delhi the 31st May, 2016 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the power conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 218 of the Finance Act, 2016, (28 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Indirect Tax Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2016.
