APPENDIX - 49 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) NOTIFICATION Dt. 30th December, 1993 G.S.R. 791(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely. - 1. Short title and commencement,- (1) These rules may be called the Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
