GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st March, 2018 G.S.R. 262 (E) . -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 132 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely - 1. Short Title and Commencement. - (1) These rules may be called The National Financial Reporting Authority (Manner of Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
