Section 2 - Amendment of Section 3 - Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Act, 2018

Amendment of Section 3 2 . In the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 3, in clause (12) , for the word repaid , the word paid shall be substituted.
