Amendment of section 8 5 . In section 8 of the principal Act ,- (a) in sub-section (2),- (i) in clause (a), for the words if any, and , the words if any, or shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b), for the word repayment , the word payment shall be substituted; (b) in the Explanation, for the word repayment , the word payment shall be substituted.
